Privacy Policy
Effective September 24, 2026
LogUp ("the app") is a strength-training log for iPhone. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. The short version: we don't collect any of your data.
Data we collect
None. LogUp has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking or data-collection tools. We never see your workouts or any other information you enter.
Data stored on your device
Your profile (goal, experience, training days, units, optional bodyweight), programs, workouts, workout history, exercise estimates and settings are stored only on your iPhone. They're included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or computer backups) if you have those turned on, under Apple's terms. You can delete everything at any time with Settings → Reset all data, or by deleting the app.
Backup files
If you use Settings → Create backup, LogUp makes a file containing your data and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where that file goes (for example iCloud Drive or Files) is up to you. Restoring reads a file you choose.
Microphone and speech recognition
Voice logging is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, LogUp asks for microphone and speech-recognition access. Audio is only captured while you're logging a set, and is converted to text by Apple's speech recognition service to fill in weight, reps and effort. Depending on your device and settings, Apple may process that audio on its servers under Apple's Privacy Policy. LogUp doesn't keep recordings or send them anywhere else.
Photos
When you share a workout or progress image, you can choose to save it to your photo library. LogUp only adds the image you chose and never reads your photos.
Children
LogUp doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
